Job description
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to join our global call center support team. A customer service representative will answer phone calls, manage customer accounts, confirm reservations, log complains and issues with a respective technical or business team and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is great with interpersonal skills and communication abilities, multilingual, detail oriented and punctual. Familiarity with the travel industry is preferred but not required. This is a position with an amazing opportunity for professional and personal growth and may include travel.
Requirements
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices including Desk.com
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Multilingual, any language in addition to English
Responsibilities
  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls/emails/tickets; interviewing clients; verifying information
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls/emails/tickets
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution when needed
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Training new users on software use
