We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to join our global call center support team. A customer service representative will answer phone calls, manage customer accounts, confirm reservations, log complains and issues with a respective technical or business team and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is great with interpersonal skills and communication abilities, multilingual, detail oriented and punctual. Familiarity with the travel industry is preferred but not required.
