Job description
At TravelCreed, we build software tools and applications that people are using to fundamentally change the travel business around the world. TravelCreed is empowering travel business to build an amazingly diverse range sales channels, ecommerce platforms and we want you to help us as we grow and scale TravelCreed. A few highlights: • TravelCreed software comes pre-loaded travel content & includes global travel services included but not limited Flights, Hotels, Activities, lounge access etc., • Our customers have implemented a wide range of IT applications across different departments, from CRM, accounting software to website software etc., • TravelCreed integrates with over 100 internal and external APIs and cloud services, and we work closely with API providers such as Hotel Suppliers, GDS companies etc., to make their APIs more accessible. We’re looking for a talented Business Development Associate to join us as we continue to improve how we identify and engage with new potential customers.
  • 1+ years professional work experience
  • Self-motivated team player with innovative ideas who can test and implement them skillfully
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong relationships
  • Clear communicator exhibiting diplomacy, tact, and grace under pressure with our team internally or when working through customer issues
  • A desire to grow beyond this role as the company grows
  • Qualify new inbound leads, routing them to the appropriate next stage in our customer acquisition pipeline
  • Empathize with all aspects of the customer experience, working with prospects to determine if TravelCreed’s value proposition is a good fit for their goals and business needs
  • Help drive new insights by managing our customer database, meticulously tracking customer engagement, conversations, and other important touchpoints
  • Identify new opportunities amongst our growing pool of travel advisors to bring innovative IT solutions to the challenges they face
  • Help develop onboarding resources, sales assets, and other relevant content
Required Skills
  • Startup experience, or experience in a fast-moving environment
  • A technical background via education and/or experience with knowledge of any of the following: Software or Travel Sales
